So because they are somewhat going in a pattern. The thrid dlc in balck ops 1 was shangri-la, a myhical place so what would actually make sense is atlantis, a secret place that is most likely mythical. It could be where the the third tower is so the trichotomus device could be complete. How about you play as the the new crew and you have to reactivate a shut down super tower the atlantians made and when the third one is powered, if you have been doing all Richtofen, it forms a triangle which beams to find something Richtofen was looking for or something fr him to become more powerful. Howevor if you have been doing all maxis, then maxis will get something, or find something. I think they might both be trying to get/find the same thing just to use it in different ways.Maybe they both are trying to find the origional crew for something. Also they should have all the perks on the map except for tombsone becasue that would not make sense with who's who but now in black ops 2 , every bo1 perk has been in it so now it should be on every map. They should make it though that you can buy all of them or someway to get all of them. The third one might be also the last navcard map as in the one from die rise you put in the atlantis one and then the atlantis one you put into the tranzit one so that you can do something in dlc 4.
