Should the guard dog be a 7 killstreak and the trinity rocket a 5 killstreak?

Considering how powerful the dog is compared to the trinity rocket, I figured the dog could be bumped up in the killstreak count since the trinity rocket is nearly useless for it to be worth the 7 kills required for it.
